JobSnap is the #1 service management application to help home service providers build, manage, and grow their home services business from the convenience of a mobile app. JobSnap empowers service providers to manage their customers better, enhance their brand, saving time, money and effort. Additionally service providers can see new jobs, and connect with potential customers through the new "JobSnap" feature, creating more opportunities.
Customers can find nearby contractors, and send them jobs, or post a jobsnap for the community to bid on!
Contractors receive jobs directly, or see jobsnaps near them and submit their bids if they are interested.
There’s a lot of ways to focus on only the jobs you want! Filter based on your skills and geographic region.
Larger companies can dispatch jobs to multiple crews. Automatic crew selection based on skills and locations.
Each crew can plan their workdays in advance, with advanced route planning functionality.
Emergency job came at the last minute? No problem! Routes can be changed at the last minute.
There are several user types.
Office Admin - this is the first user for a larger company, which can input their own jobs and assign them to crew masters.
Crew Master - this user type can manage 1 or more crews. The crews have specific skills and roughly correspond to what you can fit in a truck or a car to send from location to location.
Partners - this is the contractor who can be part of one or more crews, and he or she could also find work independently by bidding on jobsnaps.
When Partners and Crew Masters are at work, they can check in, check out, go to lunch, take a break, come back from break, and finish their day. Then the Office Admin can export a time report which shows how much time the Partners were on the job, and send out the appropriate bills.
Customers - this user type can post jobsnaps, find contractors, and send jobs directly to a contractor that has been pre-selected.
Chat functionality is organized per-job, which facilitates communication while keeping it focused on the job at hand. Then each job-related chat becomes the single record of correspondence about that job, which makes it easy to find what was said earlier.
Reviews! Partners can review customers, addresses, crew chiefs, etc. Crew Chiefs can review partners. Customers can review partners after they complete a job. Reviews help other users make better decisions about where to work and with whom to do business.
Single Sign On (SSO) is supported for larger businesses.
